Job Opportunities

As a result of continued growth and success, we are looking to hire an experienced staff accountant and a bookkeeper/payroll clerk.  Full and part time schedules available. Flexible hours to allow for work-life balance. Compensation based on experience level.  

 

Staff Accountant qualifications:

  • 4-year degree.

  • EA or CPA a plus or the desire to work toward a certification.

  • Excellent knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

  • Professional tax software experience a plus. 

  • Minimum two years of tax season experience preparing returns preferred.

  • Ability to work well in teams or individually.

  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and maintain many tasks while meeting deadlines.

Bookkeeper/Payroll Clerk qualifications:

  • 2-year degree in accounting or equivalent work experience in bookkeeping/payroll.

  • Excellent knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

  • Ability to work well in teams or individually.

  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and maintain many tasks while meeting deadlines.
